Malou Howland understands the importance of being a REALTOR® who listens and communicates, and who is knowledgeable, proactive and 100% committed to helping you reach your real estate goals. Before her career in real estate, Malou spent almost a decade as a marketing executive with the Nielsen Company, the world’s leading market research firm. She chose to channel her passion for working with people, her expertise in marketing and strategy, and her love for the Jacksonville area into a real estate career with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices - Florida Network Realty, a top brokerage that shares her commitment to professionalism and excellence.
Malou, her husband and their two active boys have lived in Jacksonville since 2007 and spend their free time playing tennis, participating in school, neighborhood and sports-related activities, and enjoying the area’s beautiful scenery and year-round weather. Malou also volunteers at her children’s schools and is a proud supporter of RITA (Research is the Answer), a local charity that supports breast cancer survivors and funds research.
Malou graduated with a BS from the University of Delaware Honors Program and earned her MBA in Marketing and Competitive Strategy from the University of Florida.
